Lucy Sheldon
Physiotherapist
Lucy completed her MSci Physiotherapy degree at the University of Birmingham, gaining experience across NHS rehabilitation, MSK, orthopaedics, neurology and community physiotherapy.
Alongside her clinical placements, Lucy has developed extensive experience in sports physiotherapy, including placements with Northampton Saints and Sale Sharks. Her experience includes injury assessment, concussion assessment, rehabilitation, return-to-sport planning and soft tissue therapy.
Lucy is particularly passionate about MSK rehabilitation, combining exercise-based rehabilitation with hands-on treatment and patient education to help individuals return to the activities they enjoy.
