Great physio team. They were able to diagnose the root cause of my injury and treat it quickly. Highly recommend

5 5 "A real credit to the whole team." Reviewed on 2024-02-12

Highly recommended. I had surgery to my humerus bone this year and would not be where I am today without the care and attention of the well experienced physios. So thankful for their kindness and expertise. All staff are welcoming and friendly. A real credit to the whole team.

5 5 "Highly recommend True Physio" Reviewed on

I started attending True Physio a while back due to frequent neck and shoulder pain – stemming from sitting at a desk too much! Mamta was amazingly helpful and educating in my initial consultations, and Lia has been a real wizard with her sports massages! Highly recommend True Physio for anyone in the area looking for physio therapy.

5 5 "Worth every penny. Simply superb." Reviewed on 2024-09-09

Process from start to finish was simply professional. All staff whom I had the pleasure of an interaction with were superbly knowledgeable, focused yet relaxed in their work. I had suffered with Plantar Fasciitis and referred via work. Had several weekly sessions where channels of discovery were followed to find a solution. Matt who was assigned to myself was exemplary.

Worth every penny. Simply superb.
