About Our Clinic In Stafford

Our Stafford Physiotherapy clinic is located with Stafford County Council Occupational Health Unit at Northfield village. There is ample parking available.

  • Keith Johnstone

    Clinical Director | Physiotherapist

    Keith Johnstone

    MSc, MCSP, HCPC

    Keith qualified in 1986 and so has over 30 years experience in musculo-skeletal Physiotherapy. Having worked in elite sport in Football and Athletics, as well as private practices, he has a massive amount of experience in assessing and treating injuries. He has advanced assessment, diagnosis and treatment skills and loves educating his patients to make sure they understand exactly what is happening and how the condition can be improved. Keith looks after clinical excellence across all UK clinics.

    Mamta Wadhva-Ahuja

    Mamta joined the team in July 2021. She splits her time between Crewe, and Stafford clinics. Having completed her undergraduate studies from India, Mamta moved to Sheffield to complete her MSc in Specialist Physiotherapist.

    She has had a wide range of experience since graduating as a Physio and loves to help her patients get back to doing everything they want and love to do in her friendly, efficient style.

During this time, they built valuable experience working in football, supporting players in both injury management and prevention. With a strong interest in sport and healthy lifestyles, Matthew is passionate about helping people not only recover from injuries but also improve their overall wellbeing.

    Jack Reynolds

    Jack completed his Undergraduate Degree in 2017 at Coventry University before working in the NHS, where he specialised in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic rehabilitation, before working in Critical Care during the COVID-19 Pandemic. From there Jack has worked in Private Healthcare since 2021, as a Clinical Operations Manager, working in a variety of sectors across the UK.

    Jack’s experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, Occupational Health, and Primary Care services allow Jack to help create plans specific to an individual’s needs, based on a holistic approach to healthcare.

    His firm belief is effective rehabilitation comes through education, teamwork and empowerment, and takes great pride in helping individuals take control of their rehab and achieving results together.

    As a keen golfer, Jack has recently become Titleist Performance Institute Certified. This approach looks at more than one way to swing a golf club, looking deeper into the physical limitations of an individual, and creating tailored plans to improve their golf game through strength and conditioning.

    Danielle Blake

    With over 8 years of Physiotherapy experience, Danni has been excelling in private MSK practice in London for the past 3 years, treating adults and children with a patient-centred approach. Danni is competent in treating musculoskeletal conditions from head to toe and has extensive experience with complex injuries, including but not limited to: acute injuries, post-traumatic pain, sporting injuries, post-operative rehab, tendon and joint conditions, nerve-related pain, chronic pain, and many more. Her specialist and favourite areas to treat are spinal, SIJ/coccyx, and shoulder conditions. She combines evidence-based techniques—such as medical acupuncture, dry cupping, sports massage, spinal manipulations, and shockwave therapy. Danni’s advanced skills in differential diagnosis allow her to provide second-opinion assessments and accurate diagnoses for clients who have previously been misdiagnosed or need extra support.

    Danni educates clients about their condition, making them active participants in their care, and works collaboratively to set and achieve goals. She believes in supporting patients who are fearful of movement or living with chronic pain using a holistic, empathetic approach, and refers on to other specialists when necessary. She maintains strong links with leading London consultants and regularly attends CPD at Fortius Clinic, ensuring her practice remains at the forefront of MSK care.
