What our clients say

5 5 "Great Physio Team!" Reviewed on 2024-02-05

Great physio team. They were able to diagnose the root cause of my injury and treat it quickly. Highly recommend

5 5 "A real credit to the whole team." Reviewed on 2024-02-12

Highly recommended. I had surgery to my humerus bone this year and would not be where I am today without the care and attention of the well experienced physios. So thankful for their kindness and expertise. All staff are welcoming and friendly. A real credit to the whole team.

5 5 "I received fantastic treatment following a recent ankle injury." Reviewed on 2024-06-24

I received fantastic treatment following a recent ankle injury. A clear and carefully explained diagnosis was made quickly. Freya then provided exercises and strengthening techniques which have worked brilliantly. At each visit she reviewed and assessed my progress, amending the exercises accordingly. I would highly recommend Freya and all the team in Lancaster (and a special mention to Kay for always being so helpful when arranging appointments).

5 5 "I am pain free, my posture is the best it’s been in ages." Reviewed on 2024-07-22

This is a fantastic, friendly and supportive physio service. I’ve always liked staying fit and active but years of poor posture and desk work had left me with rounded shoulders, pain and occasional pins and needles. I’d been trying to correct this myself with stretching etc. but was making no progress and wasn’t sure if I was making things worse. Jess was amazing and got straight to the root of the problem and we used exercises and soft tissue work to work on things. Now I am pain free, my posture is the best it’s been in ages.
