Emma joined the team at True Physio Skipton in March 2026, bringing over a decade of specialist experience in Sports Massage Therapy.
Having qualified in 2013 with a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy, Emma has continued to build on her clinical expertise, progressing to a Level 4 qualification and gaining additional certifications in Hot Stones Massage and Pregnancy Massage.
Her professional background spans private clinic practice and elite sport, with experience supporting athletes at Saint Helens Rugby Club, Accrington Stanley Academy and Southport FC, providing hands-on care focused on both performance preparation and injury recovery.
A former national-level fell runner, Emma brings a genuine personal insight into the physical and psychological demands of sport. This first-hand understanding, combined with her breadth of clinical experience, enables her to deliver tailored, empathetic treatment to every patient she sees.
