Making a Complaint

We are committed to providing excellent care. If you have any concerns, we encourage you to let us know so we can address them promptly.

How to Raise a Concern

1. Informal Resolution

Many concerns can be resolved quickly by speaking directly with the staff member involved. We encourage open communication to resolve issues efficiently. One of our managers will get back to you in 2 working days. If your complaint hasn’t been resolved within 5 working days of our response, then we will escalate this to our board of Directors.

2. Formal Complaint

If your concern is not resolved informally, you may submit a formal complaint. Complaints should be made within 12 months of the incident.

Submitting a complaint can be done via the below form.
