What a great place this is. I had Rotator Cuff injury and Caitlin helped me get my shoulder "working " again. Explained the whole process that would take a few weeks, explained how to exercise and sure enough my shoulder was back to normal when Caitlin said. I would definitely recommend True Physio. Hopefully I won't need them again but if I do I know where to go. Thank you.
